Full Description
This course will focus on tactics and considerations for law enforcement response to active mass murder threat situations. Active Shooter In-Service is designed to increase the knowledge and skills to successfully manage an active mass-murder threat. This course will provide the student with the skills and knowledge to manage these situations through hands-on training. The course takes active-shooter training to the next level using realistic and dynamic interactive drills and scenario based training. This course is an intensive training program that covers a variety of tactical subject matters to include individual and team movement, and operational formation. Additionally, this program focuses on the role and responsibilities of responding officers. This course will end with a transition to live-fire where officers will solidify the tactics they learned over the course of the week.
